The Rink Training Centre's HIGH PERFORMANCE (HP3) Body Checking Program was created to provide players at a high level the ability to properly deliver and receive body checks. We will take on a focused approach on how to do so safely, ensuring players understand the concepts that will allow them to protect themselves and their opponents when delivering body checks.

DAILY STRUCTURE: o 2 x 60 Minute On Ice Sessions o 1 x 45 Minute Video Session (Reviewing on-ice topics)
