Single day training clinics are available for and features a combination of on ice and boardroom sessions for players to get ready for their off-season or Spring season. We want to encourage players to be ready and prepared heading into this very important time of development.
This program combines skill development, high speed, quick reaction and small area drills. With our custom sized ice rink players will be able to challenge themselves on a level that they never have before.
The benefits of training on a small ice surface is players get more puck touches, shots and passes while practicing at a high pace.
This day program will include:
- 2x 60 min. on-ice sessions and 1x 45 min. boardroom session per day
- Individual booking available
- Sessions based on overall skill development
- Immediate feedback and instruction

March 26 – Power Skating (Balance, Edges & Forward stride)
March 27 – Shooting (Passing & Wrist shots)
March 28 – Power Skating (Quick Starts & Tight Turns)
March 29 – Stickhandling (Puck skills in traffic & creating width)
March 30 – Power Skating (Backwards skating)
March 31 – Shooting (Receive & shoot/ Quick release)
April 1 – Stickhandling (Fakes & Dekes)
