In the Spring Shooting Program at The RINK, we are looking to help build confidence in each player's shot through detailed repetition, feedback and game simulated drills. Players can expect to frequently shoot the puck in each session with a specific shooting topic every week. This is a different tempo session as players are here to work on specific shooting mechanics. Game simulated drills will focus on the shooting topic for the day.
All ice times will be 50 minutes with a 20 minute interactive boardroom session included:
April 3 – June 19, 2018
April 6 – June 22, 2018
The Rink Advanced Power Skating Program challenges players on their use and understanding of edges and balance, working on techniques to make players more powerful and efficient skaters. Through proper technique and repetition, players will see improvements in their stride and overall skating agility.
Our Advanced Puck control Program will provide players with the skills needed to become even more efficient at puck skills. This program will take a focused approach on improving players’ fakes, dekes and overall technique of how and when to use different types of puck skills.
Program Includes 20 minutes boardrooms & 50 minute ice times.
