Foster Bytheway

Growing up in Stonewall, MB, Foster developed a lifelong passion for hockey through the Interlake Minor Hockey Association, where he played four years at the AAA level. He went on to spend his entire junior career with his hometown Stonewall Jets of the MMJHL, serving as co-captain in his final season. A 2023 graduate of the University of Manitoba’s Bachelor of Recreation Management and Community Development program, Foster has been a valued member of the RINK Team for eight years. He brings a wealth of experience from both playing and coaching, complemented by a person-centered, friendly approach that encourages players to grow, learn, and enjoy the game. Foster integrates insights from multiple Hockey Canada certifications - including National Skills Certification, Learning Facilitator, and Development 1 - to create engaging, development-focused sessions for players of all ages and abilities.
