Customize your team's development with practice plans built specifically for your needs. We work directly with your coaches to identify areas for growth and integrate them into our proven skill curriculum. Your coaching staff is welcomed and encouraged to join us on the ice for all sessions, enhancing overall team development while learning the concepts and progressions our RINK staff are teaching. This collaborative approach ensures continuity between our visits and your regular practice schedule.

Our week-long Monday–Friday camps deliver specialized player and goaltender development tailored to your organization's specific needs. Players work through skill development themes with our elite coaching staff, while goaltenders receive focused technical training covering essential elements of their position. Beyond on-ice sessions, camps incorporate dryland training, multi-sport activities, classroom sessions, and team-building components for a comprehensive, holistic development experience. Off-ice goalie training includes hand-eye coordination work, flexibility and mobility training, and individual development journaling.

Our three-day minicamps provide intensive, focused development in a weekend or mid-week format. Players and goaltenders receive specialized instruction tailored to key skill development themes identified by your organization. These condensed camps pack maximum value into a shorter timeframe, combining on-ice skill work with dryland training, classroom sessions, and team-building activities. Goaltenders benefit from technical skill development on the ice plus off-ice training in hand-eye coordination, flexibility, mobility, and development journaling.

Full-day training sessions designed to provide consistent, professional-led development for your organization. These comprehensive sessions highlight specific skill focuses at your request and can include multiple components beyond on-ice training. Day camps may incorporate dryland work, multi-sport activities, classroom education, and team-building exercises, creating a well-rounded development experience that extends beyond traditional on-ice instruction.

Focused skill sessions that target specific areas of player development based on our curriculum or your requested topics. These clinics offer flexibility for organizations looking to address particular skill progressions without committing to full-day or multi-day programs. Clinics can include players from one or multiple organizations and are not limited to single teams, making them an ideal option for collaborative development initiatives or skills-specific training.

Our goaltender programs provide specialized instruction tailored to the unique demands of the position. Available in formats ranging from single clinics to full-week camps, our goalie development offerings focus on both technical and tactical skill areas. Programs include personalized 1:1 private instruction where goalies can work on target areas of improvement with our expert coaches who break down techniques in detail. Group clinics offer full-day sessions that refine technique, sharpen tracking ability, and strengthen overall habits. All extended camps include off-ice training in hand-eye coordination, flexibility, mobility, and individual development journaling to support complete goaltender growth.

1:1 Private Instruction allows us to personalize lessons to meet each goalie's specific needs, providing detailed breakdowns of target improvement areas identified during group sessions or by the athlete themselves.

Coaching Clinics serve as a cornerstone to your complete player and goaltender development plan. While athletes must take developmental responsibility for their own growth, bringing your coaching staff along for the journey is crucial for long-term success. Best offered at the beginning of the season, these clinics set your community teams up for sustained improvement throughout the year.

Features include:

Comprehensive Coaching Seminar covering practice planning, drill design, seasonal planning, systems implementation, special teams strategies, critical game situations, and any additional topics your staff requests. Goaltender coaching seminars are included to ensure your coaches can properly support netminders.

Ongoing Mentorship Resource providing your coaches with continued support through email, calls, and direct access to our staff. We build relationships that encourage your coaches to reach out whenever questions or challenges arise, ensuring development continues long after our on-site visits conclude.

Seminars for both player and goaltender coaching are delivered during our trips to your community, maximizing the value of our time together.

Create a season-long or year-round development plan tailored to your organization. Combine multiple Player, Goalie, and Coach Development programs across scheduled visits throughout the year for consistent, progressive growth.
