Sam Jones
Sam Jones joins RINK following the conclusion of his professional playing career. After recently retiring from the Belfast Giants, he transitions into a full-time development role within RINK On-Ice Development in Kelowna.
Sam’s playing career included four seasons with the Sheffield Steelers, time with the Guildford Flames, and international experience representing Team Great Britain at multiple World Championships. Alongside his playing career, Sam operated his own hockey skill development and off-ice training business, working with athletes at various stages of development and building structured programs focused on long-term progression.
At RINK, Sam leads the execution of on-ice development in Kelowna. He oversees programming standards and deliver skill development across RINK On-Ice Development Programs, RINK Hockey Academy, and R1 Hockey Academy; ensuring alignment, consistency, and continued growth within each program.
