TIP #1 - Weight Transfer

Weight transfer - load the puck in a good position. Have it all the way on our back foot to add power to your shot.

TIP #2 - Eyes up

Eyes up - pick a spot and challenge yourself to hit that spot. Can translate to a game situation and picking an open spot on the net.

TIP #3 - Change the Angle

Change the angle of our release - to be deceptive and throw off either players or goaltenders - a common tactic is to change the angle of your shot.
