On November 5th of 2014 the RINK family lost one of their own, Cole Hamblin. Cole was lost to an aggressive cancer battle. Cole's legacy will never be forgotten at the RINK, as his love for hockey is bestowed in everyone that walks through the door.

To continue the legacy that Cole left our RINK Family, RINK Coaches hand out the Hammer Bucket Award to an athlete of every camp group running each week in the summer months. This award is given to an aspiring athlete who demonstrates hard work, commitment and a positive attitude throughout their week in camp. The red hard hat represents the strength and perseverance that Cole showed through his battle.  The smiles on the athletes facing when being awarded the Hammer Bucket is timeless and never grows old. The Hammer Bucket has been a tradition in RINK Camps since 2015 and will forever continue.
