About RINK
RINK started out as an idea to improve hockey development for kids and junior players in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The founders saw an opportunity to open a private training facility focusing solely on hockey players.
RINK opened its doors on Lowson Crescent in the summer of 2009. RINK’s philosophy was created with the small ice for focused skill development and a unique approach to training. RINK Training Centre’s relocation to its new facility at 57 South Landing Drive in April 2019, with state-of-the-art facilities, provides RINK the enhanced ability to continue to provide the most innovative and professionally run programs.
Since RINK’s inception, the company has grown to be the leaders in training in Manitoba. RINK Training Centre has continued to raise the bar for setting the standard of excellence in service offering for athletes of all ages. The acquisition of RHA Kelowna (formerly Pursuit of Excellence) will allow us to build upon a comprehensive, existing program to grow and deliver our world-class experience to athletes of Kelowna.

Our Story
RINK Training Centre is a Winnipeg, Manitoba based company founded by local investors and hockey enthusiasts. The company owns and operates the Rink Training Centre, Testify Performance, and Rink Hockey Academy (CSSHL) with locations in Winnipeg, MB and Kelowna, BC. The RINK Training Centre has long stood for a comprehensive approach to player development with a strong emphasis on the technical, psychological, and physiological dimensions of the game. Our team of dedicated professionals at the RINK are committed to helping our athletes grow from the player they are, to the player they are meant to be. Since RINK’s inception, the company has grown to be the leaders in training and continues to raise the bar for the standard of excellence in service for athletes of all ages in an environment where exceptional performance has no limit.

Client Service Associate
Testify Performance

Who We're Looking For:
You’re a natural people-person who knows how to make others feel welcome. You’ve got a knack for multitasking, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering top-tier service. Part-Time Performance Coach
Testify Performance
Location: RINK Training Centre located at 57 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about personal, professional, and organizational progress. Someone who enjoys the challenge of a growth-focused, fast-paced environment and thrives in a team setting delivering athletic and wellness programs for Testify athletes and members.
Key Attributes For Success:
- Someone who holds a passion for strength and conditioning and the science that supports it
- A positive, professional and approachable character
- Strong organizational skills and experience with creating strength & conditioning plans, plan adaptations, to promote an integrated, results driven training experience
- CSCS or similar an asset
- Clear police information and abuse registry searches
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, plan and execute performance sessions
- Conduct assessments
- Coordinate and track client feedback
- Understand and adapt testing results
- Assist with programming development and adaptations
- Liaise with other RINK professionals to support training and rehabilitation efforts

Pro Shop Attendant & Skate Sharpener
Location: RINK Training Centre located at 57 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.

RINK is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant/Skate Sharpener who’s ready to bring their skills, energy, and customer-first mindset to our retail team. This is your chance to be part of a community that lives and breathes hockey.
Who We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who takes pride in precision. You’re reliable, approachable, and thrive in a team setting. If you’ve got experience with hockey equipment and a strong sense of customer service, this could be your next great move.
Key Attributes for Success:
- At least 1 year of skate sharpening experience
- Solid knowledge of hockey equipment and gear
- Comfortable using tools and power tools
- A strong sense of customer service and pride in your work
- Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
- A team player attitude and a passion for the game
What You’ll Do:
- Sharpening and profiling skates to perfection
- Performing minor equipment repairs to keep players game-ready
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
- Keeping the retail space clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Delivering top-tier service to every customer who walks through the door
- Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy
- Maintaining a tidy, professional workspace — both in the shop and sharpening room

Client Service Associate
RINK Training Centre
Location: RINK Training Centre located at 57 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is dedicated to providing top-notch service and thrives in a busy, customer-facing role. If you have experience in customer service and sales, particularly in hockey or sports development, this could be the perfect fit for you.

- Strong time management and multiple priority management
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent service
- Ability to share product knowledge and drive sales
- Highly organized with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel experience is a plus!)
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional service to our valued patrons
- Help clients understand and enroll in RINK’s programming, supporting the sales process
- Manage calls and emails across all RINK departments
- Stay up to date on all programming and services to assist clients effectively
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining documents, check-in sheets, and databases (e.g., EZ Facility)
- Contribute to the overall upkeep and organization of common areas
- Assist with retail sales and customer interactions in our store
- Work as part of a collaborative team to meet both customer and organizational needs
This position requires flexibility: The hours for this role are part-time and will vary, including evenings and weekends, providing you with a range of opportunities to contribute and engage with our community.

Human Resources Coordinator
Location: RINK Training Centre located at 57 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.
Who We're Looking For:
An individual who is passionate about marketing, you’ll work collaboratively with our Marketing & Communications team to drive engagement and elevate our brand.
Key Attributes For Success:
- Support the employee management process, including compliance tracking, maintaining accurate employee files and records
- Support the recruitment process by posting available jobs, producing offers, agreements and following through with onboarding & integration practices
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of job descriptions across all departments and locations
- Support the administration of benefits programs, inclusive of initial applications and data maintenance
- Support the collection and compiling of employee quarterly coaching sessions and annual reviews
What You'll Do:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and organization
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of the English language; administrative or executive level writing/communication skills
- Willingness to take direction and feedback
- Comfort using various software systems such as Payworks.

- Completion of an accredited diploma program in human resources
- Minimum 3 years experience
