About RINK
RINK started out as an idea to improve hockey development for kids and junior players in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The founders saw an opportunity to open a private training facility focusing solely on hockey players.
RINK opened its doors on Lowson Crescent in the summer of 2009. RINK’s philosophy was created with the small ice for focused skill development and a unique approach to training. RINK Training Centre’s relocation to its new facility at 57 South Landing Drive in April 2019, with state-of-the-art facilities, provides RINK the enhanced ability to continue to provide the most innovative and professionally run programs.
Since RINK’s inception, the company has grown to be the leaders in training in Manitoba. RINK Training Centre has continued to raise the bar for setting the standard of excellence in service offering for athletes of all ages. The acquisition of RHA Kelowna (formerly Pursuit of Excellence) will allow us to build upon a comprehensive, existing program to grow and deliver our world-class experience to athletes of Kelowna.

Our Story
RINK Training Centre is a Winnipeg, Manitoba based company founded by local investors and hockey enthusiasts. The company owns and operates the Rink Training Centre, Testify Performance, and Rink Hockey Academy (CSSHL) with locations in Winnipeg, MB and Kelowna, BC. The RINK Training Centre has long stood for a comprehensive approach to player development with a strong emphasis on the technical, psychological, and physiological dimensions of the game. Our team of dedicated professionals at the RINK are committed to helping our athletes grow from the player they are, to the player they are meant to be. Since RINK’s inception, the company has grown to be the leaders in training and continues to raise the bar for the standard of excellence in service for athletes of all ages in an environment where exceptional performance has no limit.

Marketing Coordinator

Who We're Looking For:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creative storytelling, brand growth, and campaign execution. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and enjoys the challenge of managing multiple projects that drive real results across RINK’s businesses.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms to support RINK’s marketing calendar
- Prepare segmented email sends, automated flows, A/B tests, and nurture sequences
- Maintain client database records, consent, tagging, and automation logic
- Build campaign briefs, manage timelines, and organize workflow between content, design, and operations
- Track engagement, leads, and campaign metrics; report insights to improve offers and creative
- Support the Director of Marketing & Communications with performance reporting, sponsor deliverables, and internal communications
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or communications role
- Working knowledge of email platforms, social scheduling tools, and content management systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Marketing Platform is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

Part-Time Performance Coach
Testify Performance

At Testify Performance, we’re seeking part-time Performance Coaches who are passionate about strength and conditioning and committed to delivering high-quality training experiences to our athletes and members.
Who You Are:
- You’re energized by the science of strength and conditioning.
- You bring a positive, professional, and approachable attitude.
- You’re organized and experienced in creating and adapting training plans.
- You hold (or are working toward) a CSCS or similar certification—an asset.
- You can provide clear police information and abuse registry checks.

- Certification: Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a combination of education and practical experience in performance coaching or athletic development.

Client Service Associate
RINK Training Centre
Location: RINK Training Centre located at 57 South Landing Drive, Oak Bluff, MB.
Are you passionate about exceptional service and community support? RINK seeks an experienced, dynamic Client Service Associate for a permanent part-time role, 3-4 shifts per week. Join our vibrant team to deliver outstanding service and help clients discover and enroll in our programs.
Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is dedicated to providing top-notch service and thrives in a busy, customer-facing role. If you have experience in administration, customer service and sales, particularly in hockey or sports development, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Attributes for Success:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a customer service and an administrative role.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, external contacts, and patrons.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
