What You’ll Be Doing:

• Facility Maintenance: Help keep the entire facility in excellent condition, from the ice to the benches, change rooms, observation areas, and everything in between.
• Grounds Maintenance: Assist with outdoor tasks like lawn cutting, sweeping, and snow removal to keep the grounds looking great year-round.
• Operating the Zamboni: Maintain and perfect multiple ice surfaces, ensuring they’re clean, smooth, and ready for action.
• Safety & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure all facility equipment is running safely and efficiently, including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Technical Repairs: Assist with basic maintenance and repairs for both indoor and outdoor systems—whether it's fixing a broken light or keeping equipment in top working order.
• Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs and records of ice conditions, equipment readings, and any maintenance or repairs performed.

Registered Massage Therapists
Testify Performance

Who We're Looking For:

Testify Performance, a division of RINK Training Centre, is looking for Registered Massage Therapists to work at our Taylor Avenue and 57 South Landing Drive location in Oak Bluff. Key Attributes:

• Massage Therapist in good standing with MTAM
• Someone who has a passion for massage therapy and its role in sports and general population
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Conducts themselves with professionalism and integrity but has fun doing it

• Contribute to the quality of product delivered in the clinic.
• Provide support and coordination with Off-ice, On-ice, and Teams.

• Participating in the general administration of RMT
• Responsible to execute assessment and treatment for all clientele.
• Educating/reviewing patient exercises with client.

RINK Testify Performance is a multi-location clinic that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of injuries and conditions related to sports and physical activity. Staffed with top professionals with specialized training in athletic therapy, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care, naturopathic medicine, and mental performance. Our clinics can provide a range of services to athletes and active individuals, including the following: 

• Diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries, such as sprains, strains, fractures, and overuse injuries
• Physical therapy and rehabilitation services to help individuals recover from injuries and improve their athletic performance
• Nutrition counseling and guidance on training and conditioning
• Orthopedic care for injuries or conditions affecting the bones and joints
• Concussion management, including diagnosis and treatment of concussion and other head injuries

Part-Time Performance Coach
Testify Performance

Testify Performance, a division of RINK Training Centre and RINK Hockey Academy, Kelowna is looking for a part-time Performance Coach.

Who We’re Looking For: 

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about personal, professional, and organizational progress. Someone who enjoys the challenge of a growth-focused, fast-paced environment and thrives in a team setting delivering athletic and wellness programs for Testify athletes and members.   

Key Attributes We’re Looking For: 

• Someone who holds a passion for strength and conditioning and the science that supports it 
• A positive, professional and approachable character 
• Strong organizational skills and experience with creating strength & conditioning plans, plan adaptations, to promote an integrated, results driven training experience 
• CSCS or similar an asset  
• Clear police information and abuse registry searches  

What You’ll Do:  

• Develop, plan and execute performance sessions  
• Conduct assessments 
• Coordinate and track client feedback  
• Understand and adapt testing results  
• Assist with programming development and adaptations 
• Liaise with other RINK professionals to support training and rehabilitation efforts

Human Resources Coordinator

Who We're Looking For:

An individual who is passionate about marketing, you’ll work collaboratively with our Marketing & Communications team to drive engagement and elevate our brand.

Key Attributes We're Looking For:

• Support the employee management process, including compliance tracking, maintaining accurate employee files and records
• Support the recruitment process by posting available jobs, producing offers, agreements and following through with onboarding & integration practices
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of job descriptions across all departments and locations

• A comprehensive understanding and proven history of driving innovation in the operations that emphasizes an outstanding athlete experience.
• Leadership and management skills with the ability to work within a team environment to guide, lead, collaborate and mentor junior staff and coaches.
• Extensive player and coaching experience at a high-performance level.
• Ability to work with athletes of all ages.
• Proficient abilities with Office 365 applications.
• Proof of clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector check.

• Contribute to curriculum advancements, ensuring the delivery of RINK programming is always leading in industry development.
• Deliver exceptional client care by responding to program inquiries and maximizing program recruitment, enrolment, and retention strategies.  
• Lead/Assist In-Centre and Satellite on ice sessions, inclusive of all levels and program offerings throughout the year. Scheduling of said programming will involve participation in days, evenings and weekends as required.
• Ensuring the execution of product and program are delivered according to RINK’s exemplary standards.
