Skills to Game Summer Hockey Camps
Skills to Game Player Camp
The Skills to Game Camp is designed for families looking for more than just drills or ice time. This program helps athletes bridge the gap between practice and real competition by developing skills with clear purpose, then applying them in game-like situations.
Parents can expect their athlete to:
- Build confidence handling the puck under pressure
- Understand why and when to use specific skills, not just how
- Improve decision-making speed in realistic game scenarios
- Leave camp with skills that transfer directly to league and tryout play
Each on-ice session begins with focused skill development to refine technique, followed by a tactical component where athletes apply those skills in competitive environments. This structure ensures players aren’t just learning skills in isolation, but learning how to use them effectively in games.

Skills to Game Goalie Combo Camp
The Skills to Game Goalie Combo Camp is built for families who want their goalie to develop confidence, consistency, and game awareness, not just technique.
Parents will see goalies:
- Receive individualized coaching attention in small ratios
- Better understand how their technique connects to in-game reads
- Gain confidence playing pucks, managing rebounds, and handling pressure
- Transfer practice habits directly into game performance
Each day, goalies begin with a 2:1 on-ice session with a RINK GDEV professional, allowing for detailed instruction, feedback, and repetition. The second on-ice session places goalies into live game environments with players, helping them apply technical improvements within real gameplay situations.
This balanced approach ensures goalies are not only refining their mechanics, but also developing the decision-making skills required to succeed at higher levels.
