This portion of the camp has athletes taking their skills off the ice through different sets of stations and drills. Athletes will take what they are learning on the ice for that day and apply that off the ice. The off-ice skills portion is typically broken down into different stations to allow for smaller group sizes that allows athletes a higher work to rest ratio.

The different types of stations & skills include:

  • Shooting
  • Puck Control
  • Fakes and dekes
  • Hand eye coordination
