RINK's Spring Programs kick off this week with an absolutely jam packed schedule of skill development sessions for hockey players in U7, U9, U11, U13, and U15. Spring programs typically run for 12 weeks through the months of April to June and are designed to help players improve their game in a fun and supportive environment.

Here at RINK, skill development is at the core of what we deliver hockey players and goalies of all skill levels from 3 years old to the NHL.

2022 was a year full of challenges and triumphs. From dealing with the ongoing pandemic, it was a year that tested us all. But through it all, we found strength in our communities, resilience in the face of adversity, and hope for a better future. In what was a rare event – only the third time in Draft history – three Manitobans had been selected in the first round (the most of any Canadian province this year), all three were from small Manitoba towns and all three had a connection to the RINK, the hockey academy, arena, training centre and sports therapy clinic out on South Landing Drive in Oak Bluff.

RINK is excited to announce the launch of the RINK Figure Skating Academy. The inaugural season will kick of September 2022 and follow Skate Canada development guidelines.

RINK is excited to announce that we have been recognized for our skating development programs and are now sanctioned with Skate Canada, making RINK Programs Skate Canada certified. This will primarily affect and strengthen our already strong and popular introductory programs such as Learn to Skate, Intro to Hockey, Hockey Development and MORE!
